Pam Lawrence
President – SGAM Advisors, a division of Seaport Global
CEO – SR Alternative Credit
Pamela joined Seaport Global Asset Management in 2017 to formalize and grow the asset management business, in addition to related firm projects. She has over 30 years of experience in the financial services and investment management business. She began her career as a trader, research analyst and portfolio manager and then co-founded two investment management firms. As the managing principal of these firms, Ms. Lawrence’s experience included roles as the Chief Executive Officer, Portfolio Manager, and head of Business Development. Ms. Lawrence served on the Board of Catholic Big Sisters and Big Brothers, Inc. for more than 20 years. Ms. Lawrence was a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Finance Committee, in addition to serving as President of the Board. Ms. Lawrence served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Beacon College for 6 years. Ms. Lawrence served on the Executive Committee and was Chair of the Finance Committee. She also served on the Board of the Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary Art in Peekskill, New York and the Bruce Museum Greenwich, CT Board of Trustees.
Andrew Kronschnabel
SVP-Head of Investment & Marketing Strategy SGAM Advisors, a division of Seaport Global
Andrew joined Seaport Global Holdings in April 2023 and serves on the Management Committees for SGAM Advisors, LLC, Penn Capital Management Company, Inc and SR Alternative Credit LLC. His additional responsibilities include institutional sales, collaborating on market strategy research, and assisting firm leaders in efforts to better serve institutional clients. Prior to joining Seaport, Andrew was the Portfolio Manager and Head of Investment Grade Credit at MetLife Investment Management LLC. He joined MetLife in September 2017 following its acquisition of Logan Circle Partners (LCP). At MetLife, he was responsible for all core-based, corporate, and long/short credit strategies. He has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining LCP in 2007, he was a member of the portfolio management team at Delaware Investments where he was responsible for core-based and high-grade products from 2000 to 2007. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics and Politics from Colorado College and is a CFA charter holder.
Michael Evelyn
Head of Business Development – Seaport Global
Michael Evelyn is the Head of Business Development for Fixed Income Sales and Trading at Seaport Global. Michael serves on the Management Committees for SGAM Advisors LLC and SR Alternative Credit LLC. Before joining Seaport Global in 2013, Michael ran the Debt Capital Markets business in the Americas for Commerzbank AG, and prior to that, he was a Managing Partner at Maratan Partners LLC. He managed the FIG DCM team at Barclays after co-founding and co-heading the debt business for WR Hambrecht. As a Managing Director at both Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank, he held positions including Head of High-Grade Trading and Head of Debt Syndicate. Michael began his career at Salomon Brothers in 1987. Michael has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and an AB in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
Jeff Haas
President – SR Alternative Credit
Jeff Haas joined the predecessor firm to SR Alternative Credit in 2011, bringing with him a rich history of financial experience in portfolio management, transaction structuring, and operational leadership. Since the transition to SRAC, Jeff has been instrumental in leading the firm’s operations and has played a key role in sourcing and structuring transactions, in addition to serving on the Investment Committee. His career has seen significant roles at Juniperhill Asset Management, Centrecourt Asset Management, and CIBC World Markets. Jeff began his career as a certified public accountant. Jeff holds an MBA from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree in accounting from Adelphi University.
Peter Faigl
Chief Investment Officer – SR Alternative Credit
Peter Faigl joined the predecessor firm to SR Alternative Credit in 2009, and brings over 20 years of experience in analyzing credit-based transactions and managing portfolios for asset-backed lending investments. As Chief Investment Officer, Peter oversees transaction sourcing, analysis, and portfolio management, contributing significantly to the firm’s strategic direction and serving on the Investment Committee. His extensive background includes positions at NewStar Financial and UBS, beginning his career at Bank of America Securities. Peter is also a CFA holder and a graduate of James Madison University with majors in quantitative finance and economics.
